Services offered:

Swedish massage: This is a general relaxation massage. It’s what most people think of when they hear the word ‘massage’. The focus of the treatment is on relaxation, stimulation of circulation, improving muscle tone and reducing muscle tightness.

Deep Tissue: This treatment focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. The purpose is to release chronic patterns of tension through slow strokes and deep pressure.

Pregnancy Massage: Massage during pregnancy helps the mother-to-be to remain comfortable during this important time in her life and the life of her unborn child. Pregnancy massage relieves the muscle spasms and cramps associated with the physical stress of carrying extra weight. It also reduces stress and teaches the mother to relax. Because relaxation is key to labor and delivery, pregnancy massage can promote an easier delivery.

Sports Massage: This treatment is designed to improve athletic performance and decrease delayed onset of muscle soreness following sporting activity. Various types of strokes are used in sports massage including Swedish techniques, deep pressure, percussion, cross fiber friction and trigger point pressure. Typically, the massage therapist performs a total body massage for the athlete, but focuses on the muscles involved in the particular sporting activity.

Gift Certificates: for massage are always a welcome gift. Please keep this in mind when planning for wedding parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays of all kinds. Make any day a special day!
