aimed toward increasing balance and body awareness. Identification
of the core muscles and instruction on proper engagement of these
muscles.
Pilates / Mat Science
A non-impact class that fine-tunes commonly
performed fitness class exercises that are universally used for
improving strength and flexibility to bring more attention to form,
execution and purpose. A compilation of exercises performed on the
floor on a mat in a variety of positions that are derived from
classic disciplines such as yoga, as well as sports and rehab
conditioning and dance.
Circuit Training
A time-efficient workout, that addresses muscular conditioning along with cardio-respiratory
training, through a series of stations separated by brief rest intervals. A quick moving, low impact class
that requires moderate strength and the ability to assume and maintain proper alignment while
executing moves. A complimentary workout to the Resistance Strength Class and a great way to receive
